User Agreement

1. Overview

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and WLSL Book that governs your use of the WLSL Book website, services, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription Services

WLSL Book offers premium subscription services ("Premium Services") that provide access to additional content and features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of the applicable subscription period.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the subscription fees.
• Price changes will take effect only after notification and at the start of the next subscription period.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of WLSL Book or its content providers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or license any content from the Services without prior written consent from WLSL Book.

5. User-Generated Content

You may be able to post, upload, or submit content to the Services ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant WLSL Book a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Services.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Using any automated system to access the Services in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall WLSL Book be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WLSL Book is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
